From entrants: name, work email, role, agency details and entry materials. From people who nominate an agency: work email and the nomination they submit. From voters: email address and vote. About nominated agencies: business information from public sources, including agency name, website, location and a business contact. From site visitors: usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We use this information to run the awards, communicate with entrants and nominees, validate votes, announce results and improve the site. Where you have agreed, we also send news and marketing by email, including about Cloud Campaign's products.
We share information with service providers that help us run the awards, such as our website, form, email and analytics providers. We do not sell personal information.
Entry materials are seen only by the judges and the awards team and are deleted 90 days after winners are announced. We publish the agency name, category, status and any summary the entrant approves.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing awards@socialagencyawards.com.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email awards@socialagencyawards.com.

Agencies are nominated by our editorial team based on publicly available work, by other agencies, or by entering directly. A listing shows the agency name, location, website, category and a short editorial note. It recognizes the agency's work and does not mean the agency has entered, endorsed or is affiliated with the awards or Cloud Campaign.
Any listed agency can ask to be removed or corrected by emailing awards@socialagencyawards.com. We act on requests within two business days and never ask for a reason.
