Everything to know before you enter: who is eligible, what the judges look for and the key dates.
The Social Agency Awards are open to US-based agencies and consultancies that manage social media on behalf of two or more clients. Agencies of every size are welcome, from solo operators to established teams.
Campaign entries must be for work that ran between January 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027. Every category is free to enter, and agencies may enter as many categories as they wish.
Every entry in a category is assessed against the same criteria.
Each entry is scored individually by members of the judging panel. The highest-scoring entries in each category become finalists, and the panel then meets to select the winner.
Entries are judged by a panel of social media and agency industry veterans. Judges step back from any entry where they have a conflict of interest, and the judges' decision is final.
Entry materials are seen only by the judges and the awards team. Your agency name, your category and any summary you approve are all that is published.
Entries must reflect real work for real clients. The awards team may ask finalists to verify what they submit and may withdraw an entry that cannot be supported.
The judges may move an entry to the category that suits it best. A category is awarded when it attracts at least three eligible entries.
The Social Agency Awards are presented by Cloud Campaign. Entry is open to every eligible agency, and the software an agency uses plays no part in judging.
